There is a lot of love in cashmere. It’s just like cooking. For the dish to be great, there has to be love in the kitchen.

Let's start with Care. Our garments are made from the heart in every way. From the farm gate to the finished product there is love in every step. Our fine cashmere yarn comes from the Alax goats who are tended by family run businesses in Mongolia. The cashmere from the Alxa area is very special because of the local grasses, including wild onion, wild leeks and wild garlic that are nourishing and enhance the hair growth.
Taking care of goats is like talking care of children. Herdsmen ensure they only drink water from natural running streams and rivers, are fed on soy milk for the first two years, sleep in hay cots in the winter and are bathed regularly.
April and May is when the goats are combed using combs soaked in milk and butter. The raw yarn is then sorted and washed and machine spooled, all conducted in a harmonious way that is respectful and bound by the principles of co-existence.
The design process contiunues in the same vain. We understand that our garments are luxurious but need to meet the requirements made by people with busy lifestyles. Convenience and ease is a design principle that has to be present in every garment.
Our Everyday Cashmere family comprises a team with 10 children in total. All about ease is a motto we stick to and about one in ten designs make it to the Collection and production.
On a practical front, we have sourced our own wash. Made in Adelaide with green tea and lotus flowers. Our delicate silk and cashmere gel is an example of how far we take the 'Care' philosophy.

Heritage & High Tech is what we combine to ensure your gament meets the standards required by people with busy lifestyles. Getting on a plane in one climate and off in another, working in AC and feeling like you are wearing a second skin are our mantras. We work with the oldest cashmere house in Scotland, Johnston's of Elgin and our award winning partners deliver yarn mixes and production techniques that bring heritage know how combined with the latest in technology.

I started the company in 2008 when I was based in Shanghai and found that flying with three children required a carry on case filled with light, compact clothes designed with multiple applications.
I became passionate about cashmere and set the bar high. I wanted my garments to be a woman’s best friend, something she could rely on to carry her through all kinds of situations.
An Everyday Cashmere piece is no ordinary piece but a mark of quality to challenge everyday-ness.
We are extremely proud of the Collection and believe the relationship between wearing Everyday Cashmere garments and making people feel special is symbiotic. We like to think that our garments give something back to the wearer, that’s comfort and ease.
